£9,500 of debt, cleared in twelve months.
No windfall. Just a plan and the discipline to stick to it — the same approach that later became the backbone of the Academy's curriculum.
Early 2000s
Six houses, bought through equity recycling.
Working alongside his mentor Malcolm, Jez learned to recycle equity from one property to fund the next — the foundation of what's now taught as the Logan Wealth Formula.
Age 54
Left Heineken for good.
When he mentioned leaving his secure job, his partner asked one question — "Why don't you?" — and that was that.
Today, age 64
Ten properties. Financially free for a decade.
Now based in Leeds, teaching the exact system behind it all through the Jez Logan Academy — founder of the Logan Spread Effect (see the full Logan Wealth Architecture), and currently writing his book, The Logan Wealth Formula.
